About Mars Movement

 At The Energy Centr, we understand the unique challenges that women, especially mums, face when it comes to finding time for themselves, staying active, and maintaining a sense of balance. 

Our group fitness class, Mars Movement, is programmed and run by Mars (Amara) and designed specifically with you in mind—offering a supportive, energizing, and judgement-free environment where you can reconnect with your body, boost your energy levels, and feel more empowered.

Held in the convenient and welcoming Maiden Gully Community Hall, these classes are perfect for women looking to move their bodies, improve fitness, and regain confidence.

  • Mums & Mini Me's - In  the 9.30am class we welcome mums and their mini me's.  So there's no excuses.
  • Terms align with school terms so you can rest, recover and holiday with your family during the school holidays.

BoxFit

Ready to punch, sweat, and unleash your inner GRRRR? 

Our BoxFit class is a high-energy workout designed to empower girls, women and mums to feel stronger, fitter, and more confident. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, BoxFit combines the fun of boxing with the intensity of a full-body workout—delivering results that leave you feeling invigorated.

Held in the welcoming Maiden Gully Community hall, this class offers a unique opportunity to release stress, improve fitness, and have fun with a supportive group of like-minded women.

  • Women or teenagers looking to build strength and endurance through an exciting, fast-paced workout. Men are also welcomed.
  • Anyone wanting to release stress in a fun and productive way while improving their physical fitness.
  • Anyone looking for a dynamic, full-body workout that combines cardio, coordination training, and boxing drills and techniques.
  • All fitness levels—no prior boxing experience required! Whether you’re a first-timer or a fitness enthusiast, BoxFit can be tailored to your needs.

Choose your payment method.

If flexibility is your primary need then the 8 Class Casual Card is the way to go, 8 sessions for $145. There's no expiry date, you can simply book sessions as it fits your schedule.


If commitment and motivation is what you need, then a Term Package is best. 

Choose the number of session you want to partake in each week and pre-purchase the package.


Or you can simply book casually session by session for $17.50 per session.
