Most people affectionately know me as Mars—a nickname I was given as a kid which just stuck.

I'm a Holistic Health and Wellbeing Coach for nearly years now.
My Journey
Life has taken me on a winding journey, full of twists and turns, as I slowly re-discovered who I truly am at my core. Through this journey, I’ve become deeply passionate about helping others reconnect with themselves too.
I’ve lived in Bendigo all my life. Growing up on a small hobby farm with my wonderful parents and two younger sisters taught me the beauty of nature, stillness, and simplicity.
Over the years, I’ve worn so many hats. I spent 20+ years in corporate roles as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional, working across industries like Food Manufacturing, Gas and Oil, Transport and Logistics, Retail, Aviation, Learning, and Development.
During this time, I married my husband, and we had three gorgeous kids together. From the outside, my life looked full and successful, but inside, to be honest I was lost. I had poured so much of myself into serving others—meeting everyone else’s needs—that I became disconnected from my deepest self. No one made me do this; I did it to myself. Focusing on others was a way to avoid facing the discontent and lack of enoughness I felt in myself.

- I’m curious, passionate, geeky, and slightly weird.
- I love to move my body: bootcamp, fitness events, pole dancing.
- I love my family, they are my big 'why'.
- I love nature, animals—especially my Dalmatians—rocks (yes, I love rocks!), and the wonder of the universe.
- I’m playful and thrive on creating spaces where others can rediscover their own playfulness.
- I geek out on how the mind and body work. It truly fascinates me.
- My heart glows when I see others grow, expand, and shine.
- Despite my high energy, I have boundless patience and immeasurable stillness to share with those carrying deep hurt inside.

My mission is to help people, women especially, break free from their energetic blockages.
To break down the walls they’ve built to protect themselves and guide them back to the essence of who they truly are—the center of their own power.
To build strong, resilient bodies that can power through the everyday activities so that life becomes easier and enjoyable.
Whether it’s through fitness, mindset shifts, or conscious awareness (life coaching), I create a safe, caring, and compassionate space where you can explore yourself and rebuild your self trust.
Together, we’ll uncover the "why" behind what you do and design a life that reflects who you want to be.

Everyone deserves to be free of suffering and to feel like they can meet their own needs.
But it starts from within YOU. If you want to change your life, you have to start at your center. No-one can do it for you.
Yes, it’s hard and uncomfortable, sometimes quite painful, to face the ugly parts of yourself. But you don’t have to do it alone. Everyone needs someone to walk alongside them, that's why I'm here.
