At The Energy Centr, Personal Assisted Stretching is your opportunity to surrender, soften, and let your body be guided through movement that restores ease, space, and freedom.
You simply lie back — and I do the work for you.
Personal Assisted Stretching is a one-on-one, hands-on session where I guide your body through a series of safe, controlled stretches.
Using a blend of passive stretching, active-assisted techniques, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), we support your muscles, fascia, and joints to release tension, improve mobility, and move in ways that feel good.
This is a non-therapeutic, non-diagnostic, movement-focused service — designed to help your body feel lighter, more open, and more capable.
Personal Assisted Stretching doesn’t just help you feel better — it helps you perform better in every area of your life, whether that’s sport, the gym, work, or just moving through your day with more strength and ease.
Each 45min session begins with a quick check-in and mobility assessment so I can understand what your body needs that day. From there, you simply relax on the table or the mat (depending on your needs) while I take your body through a targeted sequence of stretches.
I’ll support your limbs, guide the movement, and adjust the stretches based on how your body responds.
We work with your body, never against it — keeping you comfortable, safe, and deeply supported.
