I'm Amara Biggs, most fondly known as Mars.
I'm a Holistic Health and Wellbeing Coach and the founder of The Energy Centre. I'm your partner in reconnecting with your true self.
My passion for helping women stems from my own journey through overwhelm, overthinking, and the constant struggle to balance life's demands with looking after my own needs. I was the chronic people pleaser, the fixer and rescuer, and l was exhausted and felt so stuck and trapped because of those roles l played.
I know what it's like to feel drained, both physically and emotionally, from always putting others first. That's why I'm so dedicated to guiding women like you to reclaim your energy, embrace your feminine power, and find the harmony that often feels just out of reach.
My approach is rooted in compassion, intuition, and practical wisdom. I create a safe and nurturing space where you can explore your inner world, listen to the subtle messages of your body, and trust in your innate ability to heal and transform. Everything l share with you l have also lived and overcome myself.
At The Energy Centre, I bring together my training and personal experiences to offer guidance that’s both deeply insightful and profoundly practical. I believe that rest, reflection, and reconnection are the keys to living an authentic and vibrant life.

MARS MOVEMENT Bootcamp &BoxFit
Sessions are held at the Maiden Gully Community Hall, Bendigo.
Bootcamp - Monday and Friday mornings at 6.15am and 9.30am.
These sessions are a variety of body weight strength, cardio fitness and functional movement.
BoxFit Wed 6.15am.
You will become apart of a highly supportive tribe of wonderful ladies who are all working on their fitness and functionality for life.
It does not matter what age or fitness level you are, there is always something l can program for you.
When you work with me you will move your body while you also move your mind.
Group Empowerment and Leadership Workshops
Amara has over 20yrs experience of facilitating workshops and training sessions from her corporate training background.
By mixing this experience together with her life coaching skills and passion for health and wellbeing, Amara brings a charismatic flair to her sessions. It's impossible to be bored or disengaged in any workshop she delivers.
Amara develops and facilitates a range of workshops and speaking sessions from self development, stress management, communication skills, body confidence, emotional fitness, mind/body connection, values elicitation and corporate leadership.
Workshops can be conducted in person or virtually.
Sometimes we need a more individualised and personalised plan and assistance to help move us forwards.
The one to one service is available for both fitness (PT) and life coaching.
By working one on one with me we will unpack what is holding you back and build a plan that propels you forwards.

Life coaching helps build your self awareness around the patterns of thinking that lead to your behaviours and emotional state.
We look at the parts of you that keep you stuck and why.
Do you really know who you are? What emotional/mental wounds are you carrying that need healing in order for you to move yourself
forwards?
Life coaching guides you through understanding yourself better and identifying any subconscious emotional pain, trauma, blocks or limiting beliefs that keep you stuck or stagnant in limiting patterns. You will expand yourself in a beautiful safe space so you can reveal, feel and heal... grow and develop skills to re-discover your best self.
Sessions can be run online or in person at my consultation room in Bendigo.
Personal Training (PT) fitness sessions individually designed to meet your goals, needs and capabilities.
Amara's PT sessions are fun and engaging and add an extra layer of mindset coaching as well. You'll be challenged and supported to reconnect your mind and body and understand the subtle messages your body gives you so you can create more meaningful beliefs around them.
Sessions are predominately run at the Maiden Gully Community Hall, Bendigo, however virtual sessions can be run on request.
